The census records for 1841,1851,1861, 1871, 1881, 1891 and 1901 are freely available to view either in Microfiche format or by subscribing to one of the many genealogy web sites. Our team of researchers have spend many man days going through each of the census records and noting down all the entries for Arrochar, Tarbet and Ardlui. We're in the process of typing all these into spreadsheet files for inclusion on this site.

Given the time consuming nature of this exercise we have decided to ask for a nominal fee of anyone wanting to download any of these census spreadsheets. For a one off payment of £20 we will give you access to view and download any of the census spreadsheets available. As more become available a subscribed user will be able to access further census files using the same username and password provided during registration.
